For over 35 years, I have been involved in the development, optimization, and stabilization of brazing and high-temperature brazing processes. After completing my studies and earning my doctorate at RWTH Aachen University, my professional career took me from research and development through quality management and international production to the global technical and commercial management of the BrazeTec business unit at Umicore.
In this role, I have supported industrial companies in the automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, toolmaking, and refrigeration and air conditioning sectors in the successful implementation of challenging brazing projects.
Today, I offer my experience in research, practical application, management, and international standardization work as an independent consultant through SCHMOOR brazing.
Location
SCHMOOR brazing is located in Aschaffenburg, near the financial metropolis of Frankfurt am Main. From here, industrial companies are supported and trained in brazing and high-temperature brazing, primarily in Germany and Europe, as well as worldwide if required.
